2 trade offers for LJ...

Recommended Posts

I've got:

RB: LJ, Portis, Jacobs (injured), Peterson (MIN), Betts

WR: SS, TJ Housh, D.Henderson, W.Welker, P.Crayton

The trade offers:

1) Reggie Bush, Anquan Bolidn, & Jerious Norwood

for

LJ, Henderson, & Crayton

OR

2) Bush, Boldin, & Chester Taylor (I have AP)

for

LJ, Henderson, & Crayton

I upgrade at WR with both deals. 1st trade I get the potenial upside of Norwood. 2nd trade I get insurance by having AP/Taylor combo.

Which deal should I go for, or should I just do nothing?

I would sit tight. If you had wanted Bush you would have drafted him. The upgrade at WR is not worth losing the upside of LJ. I would sit tight

If it's a PPR league... no contest, pull the trigger. I think what you need to look at is your current record (did you lose last week) and your upcoming schedule considering LJ's

If it were me I would make it and take a chance on Norwood considering Chester wont be doin much unless AP gets hurt. IMO

I'd sit tight on this one. I don't see a reason to let go of LJ, despite his late start. You know he'll produce, and big time.

Thanks for your input on mine...

Good luck!

Tough call. Option 1 is the better of the two trade offers. I had LJ and he definitely had a late start last year, but did come around. This year I'm not so sure he's going to have as good a year. Personally, I would want more for LJ - Boldin helps at WR but neither Taylor or Norwood add much to the equation. I think I would sit tight for the time being.

Thanks for answering mine.

WOW. Didn't think it would be this lop sided. I'm just not high on LJ at all this year. With the combo of how bad the Chiefs are and how difficult their schedule is, I just don't see many scoring opportunites for him this year.

And also this is a .5 PPR league too if that makes any difference.

I would take the Bush, Boldin, Norwood deal. It is a little risky, but I don't think LJ will do as well as Bush this year. You also upgrade at receiver, and Norwood has great potential.
