BostonPatriots 0 Posted October 5, 2007 Pick 2 RBs. Sammy Morris vs CLE Laurance Maroney vs CLE- Injury report says he is Questionable again. Anyone know if he is going to play? Cedric Benson vs GB Selvin Young vs SD - I have heard on espn Travis Henry said he is playing this weekend. Pick 1 WR. Vincent Jackson - Best talent of the three listed Nate Burleson - Is third in line when it comes to looks on the team Engram and Branch seem to get more looks Brandon Stokely - Best match up of the three and is WR2 because Walker is not playing. Please provide why you would pick them. Thanks in advance, leave your link
budluvcash 0 Posted October 5, 2007 Pick 1. Vincent Jackson, probably the best talent out of the three, but has tough match at with Denver. Dropped a 40yd TD last week, so stats could be better. May get some looks with Denver watching LT and Gates Nate Burleson, Engram and Branch get more looks, but could get a TD...Playing PITT Brandon Stokely, has the best match up against SD and Walker may not play, but did not do much last week with Walker out. Thanks in advance, leave your link I would go with burleson with the match ups alone
BLT 0 Posted October 6, 2007 Morris & Young @ RB, Henry may be suspended Stokely because SD can be thrown on. Thanx for mine.
VUND 0 Posted October 6, 2007 Definitely go with the NE RB. If Maroney plays he is your man, if not feel good about having Morris in there. For your second RB I'd go with Benson unless it is certain that Henry isn't playing. I think your RB decision is one that has to wait until game time on Sunday. I would put Maroney and Benson in as my starters and only make a change if you hear definite news before game time. Don't know when your rosters lock but if you can wait until each game starts then you are set since Den is in the afternoon and Chi is the SUn night game. At WR sit Jackson since no WR has done well against Den yet this year. Between Burleson and Stokley, Burleson gets more looks (24-16) so you should play the guy more likely to see the ball since they are both about even. http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=293682
Smol0028 0 Posted October 6, 2007 Wr I'ld say Stokley. I think you answered this with the 3rd in line for looks with Burleson and Jackson will have a tough time against Den and Champ. RB - this is tougher.... Go Benson because he is the clear cut starter and is not hurt so you know he'll play 2nd rb, I would go Young if you feel like taking a risk (it could pay off huge) and if you want to play it safe....go Morris - he'll pay even if Maroney plays and Morris will probably get you a td and maybe 30-40 yards if Maroney plays......if Maroney sits, then he'll be awesome for you. see mine http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=293689
bgibjr 0 Posted October 6, 2007 I would also go with the NE RBS, best potential for points there. For your WR I would go with Burleson, as he will see more looks and should see the ball more if Alexander cant run on that PIT D. Here's mine: http://www.fftodayforums.com/forum/index.p...howtopic=293696
