Which WR for the rest of the season?

Guys,

 

Vincent Jackson was dropped earlier this week in my league. I currently have Dennis Northcutt on my bench as a bye week filler. Jackson has 41 points in my league, Northcutt has 32.

 

You've heard things that Jackson will lose some productivity with Chambers coming over there.

 

Would you drop Northcutt and pick up Jackson?

The Chargers are going back to Martyball. That means in terms of priority it will be Tomlinson, Gates, Chambers, Jackson. That said Northcutt is your better option of the two

There has been some speculation that Chambers could help Jackson. He may be matched up against the weaker corner and over the next few weeks become a more consistent target. I think the biggest issue is that LT is starting to roll and he will take touches from everyone.

 

My concern with Northcutt is that, even though they are winning, Gerrard has really been spreading the ball around. I also think that the Chargers are now capable of putting up alot of points each week. I can't say that about the Jags. So I am going against the rest and say get Jackson.

Thanks for mine. I would take a stab and pick up Jackson as a flier. More production is more production period.

I like Jackson over Northcutt....I think Chambers adds value to Jackson and Chargers will be putting up some serious points and spreading around the wealth,...Northcutt is #1, but #1 on a run based O and he might get you a few points, but not as consistent as Jackson...GL

I agree about Jackson being helped by Chambers getting coverage. I'd pick him up.

I like Northcutt better here. Jackson as a 4th option is going to be very inconsistent and Northcutt, while not lighting the world on fire, seems to be the Jags 1st passing option right now.
