Hey ralphster, pork neck bones can be purchased from Walmart, and makes the sauce gel with great flavor, just make sure to strain the sauce when done, lots of little neck bones can end up in the sauce.

I thought I was helping everyone on this site by posting what I thought would happen with Zeke, instead, I get ripped on by a couple of A-Holes. I've been a member of this site for a long time, much more than the 1945 posts suggests. I could care less for the accolades whether I'm right or wrong, first or last, this forum is about helping others with information. I'm done posting for now, not worth it...but keep this thread alive with your recipes.
