I still wouldn't because you have Kelce and Nacua should be back right in the thick of the season when you're on a playoff run. That boost to the line up could help. This could buy you a little time perhaps if the deal stays on the table, see how things play out with both Likely and Kelce for a couple of weeks. Of course that could also backfire too

Chris Olave started the season with the 2nd worst fantasy game of his career...
-
No, not since you have Kelce too

Play the players you think will score you the most points.

Kelce vs. Likely: who's going to be better this year?
polecatt replied to HTH's topic in FFToday Board
If week 1 is any indication of things to come, Likely will be the best TE this season. That said, just one game. The writing is on the wall though... I think this guy end up being what Kyle Pitts was supposed to be. -
Did you win your opening match up this past weekend? If so, do tell... Why did you win? What changes will you make, if any, to your starting line up for week 2? I won 92-52, in a rather boring contest. My best two players were on the bench, Anthony Richardson (40 pts) and Rashid Shaheed (24). My top scorer was Kenneth Walker with 18 pts. My opponent was a total wash, only Breece Hall did okay for him. For week 2, I'll have Richardson at QB, over CJ Stroud. I'll be starting Rashid Shaheed as well for Puka Nacua. So what is happening with your 1-0 team?

I Likely vs LV S LaPorta vs TB K Pitts at Philly PPR, longball bonus, big bonus at 100 yd Who should I start?
-
Robinson I suppose
-
Definitely Amari Cooper, he should have a better match up this week for a bounce back game... After that, tough call, but I would say Cooks. CeeDee Lamb is notorious for starting the season slow and that means the other WRs will benefit. Wouldn't be surprised if he catches another TD

Isaiah Likely comes to mind... Rashid Shaheed Those are two big names from week 1. We'll see if they can continue -
I think there's a good chance he misses the game this week against the Vikings. One would have to think they want to aim for him to play against the Rams in week 3 though. I think about anything is possible though. I wouldn't be surprised if he ends up missing several games.
-
Ceedee often starts the season slow. Looks like this year is no different. He does tend to finish strong.
-
Perhaps, if you can get Demarcus Robinson take him, but if you don't have anyone else, take Jeudy, he's at least depth while Puka is out
-
I would consider taking a stab at Jeudy. I know his reputation is in the toilet, but he's still a 1st round pick, and he's young. Maybe a change of scenery works out for the best. He caught a TD in week 1 and did as well as any receiver on the Browns. While that's not saying much, it's a good sign of things to come.

Bummer... Rashid Shaheed will step into his place in my line up after his big game yesterday

Not exactly a generational debut, but could have been worse I suppose.... Got the W, which is what matters most -
Ja'Marr Chase & Tee Higgins playing Week 1? "We'll See"
polecatt replied to Mike FF Today's topic in FFToday Board
Did either one of them play? -
6pt pass TDs, longball bonus, 300 yd bonus. They play each other at Indy
-
Murray for the rushing #s
-
Not straight up of course, but I would consider it for a good deal. Likely will be a viable starter even if he doesn't break out as much as expected

FU to the Chiefs D/ST

Typical opening game. Competitive contest between what should be two playoff teams. Nothing too crazy. By far the biggest take away from the game though... Xavier Worthy seems to fit perfectly into the role the Chiefs got him for, and that's gonna make him very valuable. How valuable? That's yet to be seen, but he's gonna have some big games at the very least.
