Let's see... 1-1 RB, Christian McCaffrey, SF 2-12 WR, Mike Evans, TB 3-1, WR Nico Collins, Hou I think that's about as well as I could have hoped for. I guess it was just a matter of doubling up on RB with CMC or two WRs. I think the better pick was the two WRs -

Yeah, people often toss around some of the same ideas on the same board, so it's more difficult to sneak up on anyone. Also on here, where everybody is up to date, not nearly as likely to have someone who takes a QB in the 2nd round, or take a 10th round player in the 3rd or anything crazy like that. -

Puka Nacua! Love that pick! I think he's gonna pick up where he left off last season. He seems to have fallen slightly during the offseason. Not sure why -

There's a couple of surprises but nothing too crazy. The latter half of the 1st round is tough. Just can't predict who will be there too well. RBs are down but the 2nd tier WR1s aren't exciting either. Have to double up good in the 2nd round -

I think he will have a big season but maybe not quite as big as last season. He should be a top 5 fantasy WR -

1.01- RB Christian McCaffrey SF -
This is gonna come down to how the eagles use Barkley in duo with Hurts. Barkley certainly has huge upside going from a lackluster offense to one of the best rushing offenses in the NFL. What does he have left in the tank? I think sometimes when a RB makes a move like this, they can get one big season and maybe one okay season, before things bottom out. If he can still make it a full go for another full season, I can see a high ceiling, of say, 1600-1800 total yards, 50-60 catches, and 13-16TDs. Not saying that's what he's gonna get, but I think he can come close to that if all things align his way next season. I don't think that would be a huge shock to anyone. I also don't think it would shock anyone if he misses 10 games and is mediocre in the ones he does play. Gibbs, I think he's very talented, but he also has a solid stable mate, Montgomery, with a well carved out role that involves red zone carries. Gibbs should get most of the work in the passing game, but last season's 11TDs may be difficult to match. I expect him to get a few more touches, I don't think it's gonna lead to many more fantasy points. I think he got about as much out of it last season as you could hope for. He may not be so lucky this season with regards to fortunate situation. That said, I think the uptick in touches will mean he scores about the same or even a few more points. Unless Gibbs pretty much completely takes over as the lead RB though, I don't see the upside that Barkley has.

The only way I would take a RB with the 2nd pick is if the person with the 1st pick doesn't draft Christian McCaffrey... Breece Hall will probably have a fine season, but there's several WRs I would draft before him

QB- Anthony Richardson, CJ Stroud platoon RB- Kenneth Walker, Kyern Williams WR- Justin Jefferson, CeeDee Lamb Flex- Puka Nacua TE- Sam LaPorta D/ST- Browns K- Butker

Exactly. I get why people are skeptical, I am too. They think it's just gonna be the same ole story, and it may be. However, they're making changes, trying to get better. Everybody knows Danny boy was a terrible owner and the team didn't stand chance with him in charge. He's gone though, so I think it's fair to say this time comes with a little more promise than the previous 30 years or so. The moves they have made look decent on paper. I'm at least willing to wait and see how it goes.

My guess is he wants to play with Jayden Daniels and be his top WR in DC. He would have an excellent WR1a/WR2 Terry McLaurin. That's a pretty good duo. They got Zach Ertz in the offseason. Austin Ekeler, excellent receiving RB to go with Brian Robinson Jr to pound the rock between the tackles. They have supposedly upgraded the offensive line. If Jayden Daniels is the real deal, this could be a very good offense this season, and even better 2-3 years down the road. As for Samuel and Kittle. I don't think it will have a huge effect on either. Maybe a small to moderate increase in their numbers. I think it's the guys behind them in the depth chart that will feel it more so.

I'll settle for, I hope he's smart enough to use the team's ride service from now on instead of driving drunk

I think the Texans potentially have 4-5 WRs with fantasy value. Diggs is obviously the big name, but I think he's on a Deandre Hopkins, 30+ career tour though, so he's probably more like a streaky WR2 than an WR1. Nico isn't far behind, and it wouldn't shock me if he ends the season as their best WR going forward. Both should be a solid fantasy WR2 or potentially even a low end WR1. It's not that either would be a bad pick, but I don't see either sliding a couple of rounds to where they are great value picks. Tank Dell is the WR I love on this team though. Or more specifically, he's the type of player I love to have on my team. He's not someone I would want to rely on as a weekly starter, but at the same time, I would feel very good putting him in the starting line up if need be. If one of my regular starters is injured, or on bye, bad match up, etc. Dell is the go to guy. He's also a great guy to put in a flex or WR2 platoon if need be. He's a first guy off the bench type of guy. There's also some potential he finds a good PPR niche in their offense and is a capable starter. Noah Brown isn't a bad guy to have at the end of your bench. He's a guy that you may not start more than once or twice in a season but he's as capable as any in this tier of player to have a big game. He developed a little deep ball chemistry with CJ Stroud last season. Plus, if you need to drop a player at some point in the season, you won't feel too bad about dropping him. Robert Woods, he's probably a little too old at this point to have much fantasy value, but who knows?
-
Glad I just traded him from my dynasty team a few weeks ago...
-
I guess he's worth a shot with a late pick. At worst, he's somebody to drop when your kicker is on bye lol He could potentially be in a very valuable situation for fantasy purposes, which would be RB1 for the Cowboys. That's no more than an injury away. If that never materializes, he could work out a decent role. I don't see him being the goal line RB as long as Zeke is there, but he could get plenty of quality touches between the 20s.
-
If you just want a steady, fairly consistent guy with limited upside, then it's probably Carr. If you want a bit more upside, Geno Smith, he did have one pretty big season not so long ago. Maybe he can do it again, maybe... Will Levis, I think it's a long shot, but there is a chance he takes off this season and is a stud QB, like I said, a long shot, but more than any of these other guys Bryce Young, he may be serviceable this season, but I just don't see him being much more than that in Carolina at the current time

I would say that's accurate. That's who first came to mind when I thought of Love's ranking in comparison. That's overall, end of year rankings. I think we all know about what Dak is gonna do. Which is about what we expect from Love. Love, still a bit of an enigma, so a little more risk/reward.
