I think he's a solid QB1 this coming season. I would say he's towards the back end of the top 10 QBs, with potential for more
-
Yes! That's what I was trying to say
-
Exactly! Fairly even distribution throughout the rounds of decent RBs. Also, outside of the top 6 or 7 or so, you would probably do about as well, week to week, playing waiver wire roulette as you would starting any of these guys...
-
I don't put much thought into these guys at all. They're not really any different than the 2nd tier and beyond of TEs.
-
I prefer picking higher in the first round because you just have much more choice of who to draft. After the first couple of rounds though, it's not so much if you're drafting at the end of the rounds or the start. It's more so, are you drafting near the turn of the round, where you have two picks back to back, or at least close together, or are you drafting in the middle of the round where they're more evenly apart, but just get one pick at a time. I prefer picking closer to the turn of the round where I have back to back, or close, picks. It's just easier to plan and pick that way.

It's not a bad strategy if you know how to take advantage of it.

He's the #1 RB on my dynasty team and I'm glad to have him. I get the concerns people have about him, but I don't think they're really any more concerning than with other RBs. CMC is the top RB and after him I think 2-7 or so could be about interchangeable. Kyren Williams would be one in that mix.
-
"I sent you a trade offer" Is a pretty bad one too
-
No, not nearly as dreaded as... "Hamstring pull, week to week..."
-
That's putting over 50% of your budget for a "dynasty" team into 3 washed up RBs... No, I don't like that strategy at all... CMC will probably have a big season, so I get it, but dynasty is about youth, and he's not that. The other 2? I wouldn't pay a dime over what ever the basic value is for either. Build a dynasty team with young WRs, not old RBs

Rashee Rice will be the WR to have if he's playing, he should be a low end WR2 or flex play when he's on the field. His off the field issues could be a concern though. The rest of the WRs, I think they're okay depth, Brown, and Worthy, I think each is capable of a big game here or there, but not much else. Outside of Kelce though, I'm not sure there's anybody in their receiving corps that I would go out of my way to roster.

It's something to consider I guess. If you have two players deadlocked, perhaps one returning kicks is a tie breaker. A TD or two is enough to make you consider it. When it's a major rule change like this, where we're kind of in uncharted territory with how it's gonna play out, the chances that a player or team or trend starts and there's a short term run on TDs on kick offs goes up.

Any RB in the 1st round not named Christian McCaffrey

Trevor 'Johnny' Lawrence signs huge contract extension tying Burrow at 55AAV

I guess they were between a rock and a hard place here. On one hand, it would certainly be nice to see another season or two of good play from him before giving him big money. On the other hand, his market value is it what it is at this point. $55 million a season seems pretty high right now, but in two more seasons it won't be so high. -
If he is as talented a WR as some say he is, he will be of fantasy value regardless of the less than ideal situation he may be in. He will likely struggle a bit early on, but by the end of the season, he will be starting for most people
-
I don't care so much about selling it even. I would probably only want to arrest somebody if they were smuggling like the cartels or something. The only reason they care about it in the first place, "drug dealing = tax evasion" But I guess that's a discussion for a different forum

New Contract Extension for Justin Jefferson

Re-worked deals... They got Diggs on a pretty good deal too, and Daron Bland will demand a hefty salary as well, although I expect him to hit the market. -
New Contract Extension for Justin Jefferson

It will be big for a season or so, but it won't take long for whatever they pay Ceedee to be normal market value for a top notch WR... -
I wouldn't arrest anyone for weed, so I would probably make a bad cop lol
-
I guess he will help, but not as much they would like
-
Yeah, there's a little concern right now, but say he's out for 3 weeks, or even a month, until late June. If he comes back then and is okay, nobody is really gonna care. It's not like he's a rookie or a new free agent who doesn't know the offense. As long as he healthy come fantasy draft time, he'll be okay.
-
Right, nobody is gonna care that he missed a few weeks in May or June as long as he's healthy in August... Players often get knicked up early in the summer. If he's still on the injured list around August 20th or so, then it's room for concern
-
It has to be CeeDee Lamb they took 2nd. Which seems a little high, especially in non PPR, but I've seen some list him as the top WR
-
Yeah, 15 TDs is a high number for any player. There's not really many players that regularly score 15 TDs in a season. That said, I would not be surprised at all if he were to score 15 TDs. Likely he falls a little short though
-
I think it probably just means he filed his retirement paperwork
