Dan Campbell Loves Him Some Jahmyr Gibbs

Montgomery is out, so is one of the back ups, and Gibbs is the only RB on the roster without an injury designation. So either he's gonna get the ball or they're gonna pass every play

TNF Discussion: Jaguars at Saints - Wk7

I had Chris Olave going, and my opponent had Calvin Ridley, both of us, WR2. Has me with a 9-1 lead going into the weekend games. Low scoring, but I'll take +8

    WR/Flex Help

Due to injury and Bye weeks I'm in a bind at WR? I'm starting Chris Olave and Cooper Kupp at WR. For the Flex spot, I have the option of Jerry Jeudy and Puka Nacua. I have Puka in the starters spot right now but I'm kind of hesitant to start 2 WRs from the same team. However, he's the WR8 and Jerry Jeudy has been absolute garbage. Should I start Puka along with Cooper Kupp? PPR, 1 pt/20yd, 100 yd bonus, longball bonus
  4. Yep, I think he's actually in the perffect set up with Tyreek. He's an excellent deep threat too and they can't even cover him deep
  5. I did say he was the WR2 on his team, I just didn't mention Tyreek Hill by name. The difference is, I think Waddle has WR1 potential in fantasy. I think Higgins is capped as a WR2.

    WR flex

  7. I think if you look strictly at their perceived value, you got a pretty good deal. However, IMO, Ford and Pollard aren't gonna be a whole lot different. Pollard will probably be the better of the two. I don't think it's gonna be by a huge margin though. Pollard isn't a workhorse back that's gonna put up huge numbers each week. So his week to week upside is a bit limited. He's probably a low end RB 1 and Ford a mid range RB2. . However, at WR, I think Waddle has more upside than anyone in this trade. Both him and Tee Higgins have struggled and had some minor injury issues. I think it's safe to assume that both will pick it up from here on out. That said, they're both WR2 on their teams, but I think Waddle has WR1 potential in fantasy. He's on the hottest offense in the NFL. He can blow up any given week and have a crazy score, and he could do it consistently. Tee Higgins, he's a WR2, on his team and fantasy. He's always gonna be 2nd fiddle to Ja'Marr Chase. He's an excellent 2nd WR, but he's just not close to Waddle, IMO.

    ACL injury

That's where they can't beat Tony Romo

    ACL injury

    Come on now

    ACL injury

In that case, he's not coming back for about 2 years IF by some miracle he does come back and play at the end of the season, it's likely gonna be the playoffs, and it's the Jets, so don't get your hopes up. Besides, even if he does come back, how good will he be? He wasn't that good last season, and he'll be coming off a major injury, too soon, playing his first game for a new team at the end of the season. Doesn't sound like a recipe for a monster game.

The Official Week 6 FU Thread

FU to Kyle Pitts, like every other week... I finally bench him and he's having his best game in nearly two seasons

    Goff or Lamar?

It's a close call, but Lamar has the better match up, play him

    Bump Philly WRs?

    Of course

    Fix us In

I do seem to remember Roger destroying the tapes from Spygate... That wasn't exactly a reputable move

    Defense???

The Patriots have been outscored 72-3 the past two games. Normally they're always a viable D/ST streaming option, but not now...

    Defense???

They're pretty much just 3 run of the mill, fantasy football D/ST. Nothing special about any of them. I would just play whichever one has the best match up, and hope for the best, but don't expect much
  17. James Conner is on IR, so shouldn't be a tough choice

Dynasty League - Who to drop?

Dynasty favors youth... So a young, rookie RB, who the team is looking to get the ball to more, or an old, washed up RB who has a young stud in front of him? Not a tough call...

    Thoughts on Javonte Williams

Jerry Jeudy seems like the WR version of Javonte I guess it just depends on if you need a WR or RB more

UPDATE: De'Von Achane Knee Injury - IR

Well, that's pretty much what Mostert is like. He can look like the best RB in NFL history for a couple of games and then be on the injury list for the next 6 weeks or so. Maybe the Dolphins can juggle two guys like that if Achane is injury prone as well.

    Cowboys post Dak Prescott

I have a feeling that's what they're looking to do. I think back to when the eagles drafted Jalen Hurts in the 2md round when they still hoped Carson Wentz was salvageable. There was a lot of speculation at the time he was a back up, a gadget option, trade bait, all sorts of things. They were simply drafting his replacement. Or making it a strong option at least. I think that's the same thing that's going on in Dallas. The Cowboys see the writing on the wall with Dak. I don't know exactly how his contract situation could play out, but I wouldn't be shocked to see Trey Lance as the starter in 2025. They get two years to ease him into the system and get a good look at how he develops. He has a ton of talent. I think he will get his shot.

UPDATE: De'Von Achane Knee Injury - IR

He's been on quite a tear, but it wasn't sustainable

Knee injury usually means it's minor or they don't know yet

Cooper Kupp AND Puka Nacua Owners...

Yeah, both of them had good games. I hindsight, should have started them both. They were my two highest scoring WRs today unless Ceedee Lamb has big 2nd half, which he probably won't.
  25. I think that's just in college. In the NFL I don't think it's a penalty as long as they don't make contact
