198 here. 5’ 11” 51 years old. Was a runner and fit into my early 30’s. Let things go, bounced up to 230 and, worse, grew a REAL NICE set of A cups. Real pretty ones. Anyhow, started working out 3 years ago. 2 years ago started eating for lower cholesterol. I think I was 224 when that started and I lost a lot fast just minding my cholesterol. But plateaued around 207 about a year ago. Kept my workouts going and recently weight started dropping off again. I haven’t been under 200 in over 10 years until now. Where is everyone else with this? Also wondering if anyone else eats a specific way to target something like cholesterol or whatever.

Coldplay’s ‘kiss cam’ exposes apparent AFFAIR between mortified CEO and HR Chief

I came in here to ask “Who goes to see Coldplay?” -
Nice. I also have my gym at home now and as a result I’m much more consistent. As I’ve aged I’ve also found that I don’t need breakfast and generally eat nothing until the afternoon. I know that has an effect, though it’s not deliberate. I think the biggest thing for me was eating to control cholesterol. That eliminates the big calorie binges.

The very day my doctor told me my cholesterol was high, I made changes and they’ve stuck. Simple things like going from whole milk to 1%. Numbers improved and I feel better than I have in years. The increased exercise over the last few years has corrected an SI joint problem that was quite uncomfortable at the time.

Come on, girl. You’re all that.

Well…the rent really was too damn high. -
Probably not. He was rather popular at one time, but by 2016 I was off that idea.

15 years ago I toyed with the idea of Kevin John, former Nba player and mayor of Sacramento as a candidate.

I don’t disagree with anything you’re saying here. What I wanted from the LP under the 2016 circumstances was to put all their resources behind a nationally recognizable, viable candidate so they could enter the mainstream conversation.
-
Then you were saying the LP didn’t go all-in for 2016 because the LP never understood libertarianism?
-
The LP position on immigration is that the legal immigration process needs to be “fair, reasonable and accessible.” Not wide open and undocumented. Free choice does not mean there is a single Libertarian opinion on abortion. Edit to ask: are you saying the libertarians I knew never understood libertarians or that the LP didn’t go all-in for 2016 because the LP never understood libertarianism?
-
After supporting the party my whole life, I bailed on them after 2016. Looking at an election featuring the 2 most unlikable candidates in history, every libertarian I knew wanted the party to go all in and gain a real foothold with voters. They punted. I had to walk away. It’s not a serious party.

https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/45660822/jury-finds-ex-nba-guard-ben-mclemore-guilty-rape Nevermind the overcharging, which is another discussion. How does a juror vote guilty here? He’s there and she’s there. Her story is A and his story is B. I don’t see how a person with a conscience votes to convict.

You could be right.

Yep, I read that collection. Surprised no one has made a movie of The Rabbit.
