And pelleting the feed instead of using wet silage also reduces it a lot. And then there are digesters, which are pretty darn cool.

When I hear someone suggest 16 as the age for any major life choice, I find it mind boggling. It’s as if those people can’t reflect on what they were like at that age and realize they were nowhere near ready to make choices that would affect their entire lives.
