That was what I thought

I actually found a hundred on the sidewalk at the Philly airport. Got a $13 shoe shine, tipped the dude $7 and split the rest between my 2 kids.

You may have noted, or may have not, that I hardly participate in the political threads here. There is no posting history here that will show me changing to an extremist mindset. What I can tell you is that I haven’t “become” anything. I’ve seen since I was 25 that power will have to be taken from our federal government. It won’t be ceded and we won’t get where we should be through elections.

Revolution has existed for all of recorded history. Our country exists thanks to revolution. It’s not dangerous ideology. In fact, it’s not an ideology at all. It’s a mournful realization. If the government is broken, power won’t be wrested from office-holders any other way. That’s how it is.

Unfortunately, Bill, it’s all a game for both the Rs and the Ds. Neither side is trying to win. They’re playing tennis without keeping score. They’re just shooting around on the basketball court using our ball. This, more than anything else, is why so many people voted for Trump. I hope no one will misinterpret this statement as support for Trump— I’m merely saying why so many people were keen to vote for him in 2016. It’s because people loved the idea of bringing in someone who had not spent a lifetime treating the American government like a game where the only way to “win” was to stay on the field. It is entirely broken. The only solution is a bloody revolution where Ds and Rs both meet their end.

No kidding. Between fats, oils, sauces, seasonings, spices and straight-up condiments I’d need an hour to list everything. Better thread would be “What’s the most interesting or uncommon accoutrement in your kitchen?”

I call BS. Maybe you own businesses, but you’re not requiring a doctor’s note if people call in sick. Thou shalt not bear false witness. Live it.

90 minutes and you’re considering investigating it? Do you not have HR who can tell you what is permissible? Do you not have retained counsel to bounce questions off? If not, consider it. My wife’s company is 50 employees and valued around $42M. They don’t have the need for full-time counsel, but they have someone on retainer and she consults with him about things regularly.

I have to disagree here. She’s a good actress, which makes her somewhat of an exception in Hollywood. Maybe the Twilight movies are too much for you to forgive, which is understandable, but you should check out Personal Shopper, Spencer or Underwater. Plus she’s uber hot.
