The best reform of policing would be to completely change the hiring criteria. Selection should be based on the same qualities one looks for in any other employee: good communication skills, pride in work-product, detail oriented, curious mindset, honesty, reliability, time management, adaptive, proactive.

I’m also in a sweet spot, though I struggle to get there 4 days and 6 would be simply impossible. For me, being strong is the goal. Fck the world and what it thinks about how I look.

Depend on your goals. I like doing extended exercises twice a week. For example, lat pulls I’ll start at a relatively easy 80 and do 4x15. Then I do the same at 85, 90,95, 100 until I get to 140. Then I’ll do the same with dumbbell rows. And so on. my other workouts, I do fewer sets and reps but start closer to my failure limit.

Missing from that CNN article is the word “allegedly.” What has become of basic journalistic standards? At this time these are allegations, not proven facts. ETA: now seeing other posters saying the accused have pleaded guilty, which is also omitted from the CNN article. Sheesh CNN.

Haven’t watched any of the videos exposing the man made fire. So, what’s the argument? That some buildings were spared? I’m just guessing, is that what they’re pointing to as evidence?
