No, just un caffe con latte caldo. Yes, it does and the Nespresso is a sturdy machine. My previous unit lasted 12 years.

Breakfast for me every day is a double espresso and 4 ounces of hot milk. Right around 8:00 and again around 10:00. I use a Nespresso.

This is a little amusing to me because the term “higher consciousness” is itself egotistical, implying that a person holds a deeper understanding or awareness of reality. There is only consciousness and unconsciousness. Your higher consciousness imposes your ego on the crack head in your example above. It is not up to you to determine.

Hemorrhoids are the main thing. They’re not an extreme case, but they’re a nuisance about 50% of the time. SI joint pain, but I’ve learned how to control that. Don’t feel any discomfort related to that as long as I’m exercising regularly.

I knew your point and I was just furthering the convo. I’m sure it’s leading to a healthier future for her. Others can criticize the overweight as being lazy or taking the easy route with medications, but my wife isn’t lazy and never looks for the easiest way to anything. She’s a president, works 60 hours a week and is a mom. She could eat more rabbit food, but I have to admit I don’t see where she’d squeeze in a workout routine.-

Probably true for a lot of people, but not all. Mrs. MLCKAA has let herself go and started taking Wegovy 8 weeks ago. She’s lost 15 lbs so far. For her it’s def not like going from a double cheeseburger to a single. She has no appetite at all and that’s with telling her doc she wants to stay at a low dose to lose slowly. I’d say she’s eating 20% less food than her 5’6” frame requires. There have been days when she’s come home from work and reported eating nothing all day and I have to insist she eat dinner. Certainly a weird medication.

Ooh, now I’ve tried to make this point in this forearm several times and certain people don’t want to discuss it, instead preferring to focus on what they see as the inhumanity of enforcing our immigration codes.
