I watched a decent doc on Patsy Ramsey recently on Hulu. To my surprise, I walked away accepting the intruder theory.

I’ve been here since 2001 and I have 2,400 posts. How do these dudes have the time for all this slap-fighting?

You need to try out that grammarly app. My apologies, however, if you’re an ESL guy.

Same to you. Big day here— today HR is offering me a new job and I’m accepting it.

The Kennedys- not a family to “revere”
MLCKAA replied to The Real timschochet's topic in The Geek Club
Actually, France is truly to blame for the Vietnam war. Placing blame on JFK for the Vietnam war is a very, very shallow understanding of history on this subject. Kennedy, LBJ and Nixon all share shameful guilt for sacrificing precious lives when they had ample opportunities to end that conflict. Nixon should be the most hated president in history for deliberately foiling a peace treaty to ensure his election, following which over 30,000 additional American soldiers died over there. But the origins of the Vietnam war go back decades to decisions made by France in an effort to salvage some national morale following WWII. -

The recent affinity for Sweet Caroline makes me want to set a building on fire. -
Ritalin isn’t Zoloft. Over a period of time Zoloft (Sertaline) alters your brain creating additional serotonin receptors. This allows for the intake and use of extra serotonin by the brain. If your usual diet is 200 mg of Zoloft, then you have enough serotonin receptors to take in X amount of serotonin. If, for a day, you take 500 mg of zoloft, you still have only enough receptors to take in the X amount of serotonin for which your brain has adapted based on your usual dose of 200 mg. It isn’t a narcotic— taking more at once for a single day will do nothing to change the way you feel that day.
-
Zoloft doesn’t work like that.

Are you just quoting my previous comments on these two shows

Have always said this, too.

You would think so.

The best restaurant in Indy now charges a 2% kitchen gratuity, which I think is a scam to top all scams. However, it’s the only place I want to dine out, so I pay it and move on.
