His main goal was more religious than anything else. Men are men. Women are women. Go out, get married, have kids and a family. Believe there is a higher being out there and be kind to everyone. He would always talk a lot about not going to college and learning a trade instead. He believed college for a lot of today's youth was something a lot of kid's did when they didn't want to work for a living. Think of a more political, very religious Mike Rowe.
