    Chances Deangelo returns to Carolina

I own DWill also, and i also hope he lands in Packer land.

    V Jax

I have not yet decided...but I am leaning towards Manningham, as he should be the number 1 receiver for the Giants, plus they play the Jags.

I have clinched a playoff spot, and I will be rolling with 1. Vincent Jackson....100% Healthy and Fresh as can be...what not to like. 2. Sidney Rice 3. Mario Manningham Or James Jones

Sidney Rice to make season debut this week

I think it will be awhile before Sidney sees a majority of the snap......he may not be as good this year as he was last year...in terms of speed and his cuts and being in football shape. With that being said.....he did NOT lose his soft hands and 6'4" frame.

    Vincent Jackson's Value

I have had him and Sidney Rice on my Roster from day one....stashing them, hoping to keep my head above water and my team around .500 until week ten. Right now I am 5-4 and things are going to plan......hoping to have Jackson & Rice as my receivers from week 11 until the end.

Wonder what Cleveland fans think of Colt McCoy?

I am a die hard Browns fan, from Coshocton, Ohio I am going up to watch the Jets game, this weekend. It will be my first game since the team has come back! There is no way that I was going to go watch that crap they called football, since they had come back. I still watched every single game on the NFL sunday ticket. I am very excited right now, as last weeks win, was the best FOOTBALL that this team has played since they came back. The positives that Colt has going for him is that he is in no way overwhelmed by being the starter and playing in front of alot of people. He started for FOUR years at Texas. He has fun and you can see that in his gameplay...He is VERY football smart. The kid is unbelievably accurate.....he completed 14 passes last week, and trust me...I have seen Derick Anderson have to throw 35 passes to complete 14....that is not the case with this kid. Colt has the knack to throw his receivers open,,,,,his accuracy on the run is every bit as good as Cutler's...but with out the great arm speed....The release is quick and compact, just WATCH it. What I see the most from the kid, is that he has what no other QB has had since we came back....and that is the "IT" Factor...he has "IT" I am not sure of his arm strength, when throwing in December at Cleveland and Baltimore, and Pittsburgh....those can be some windy and bad weather games.....that is yet to be seen. The kid reminds me so , so much of Brian Sipe, that it isn't funny. This is the first time I have been excited for Browns football in years......great times for Browns fans the last few weeks.....we deservr it and I hope the momentum continues to build. Go Browns.

    Dallas Clark

I started Clark last night, in a TD only league I know that the Jags have been good against TE this year.....but I threw everything esle out the window except 2 things. Clark just scored 3tds 5 days ago, and his QB is Peyton Manning......was an easy decision for me. Now I have the luxury os starting both Ravens backs come sunday.

    It's a TD for the Saints D/ST

In our league, it is pretty simple. A defensive TD only counts when the teams Defensive team is on the field. This just counted as a TD for Meacham

    Jacoby Jones

I am aware of his injury......but I would like to get him for my playoff run and also as maybe a keeper for next season

Who/what were you wrong about this season...

Right Ray Rice Sidney Rice Miles Austin Wrong Cedrick Benson Lendale White

    D-will

I agree ....Sanders had way more talent than Emmitt. Emmitt was still one helluva back. Ray Rice is starting to remind me alot of Emmitt Smith actually...... Rice has great vision and unbelievable balance , just like Emmitt....he has decent speed, but nothing close to Deangelo .
  12. gridiron whirlwinds

    Deangelo Williams

After watching the game last night, there is now no doubt in my mind that Deangelo Williams is the 2nd best pure runner in the NFL....behind only Adrian Peterson. This guys has fantastic vision, he breaks tackles constantly, has a great spin move and balance. He is so smooth and patient getting to the line of scrimmage, then he just explodes thru the hole, or reverses the field. This guy gets 8 to 10 yard runs consistently, and when he does, I am left saying....wow...I thought that was a 4 yard run, but it was a 9 yard run. I know that Chris Johnson is a great runner, but he is mostly speed. Mojo is also a great runner, so he may be up there with Deangelo, but I must say...from what i have watched, and i watch alot of football....Deangelo is right close to the top and number 2 in my book.....this dude is the total package. Who agrees with me.

    D-will

I agree...this kids patience, vision and balance are sick. he is a treat to watch.
  14. gridiron whirlwinds

    Deangelo Williams

I could not agree more......I make sure I watch him every week....I always download the Panthers game ON DEMAND with Direct TV....watch the whole game in 30 minutes. I usually end up rewinding and watching Deangelo on about 4-5 runs per game, that are pure sweetness.
  15. gridiron whirlwinds

    D-will

    Great Point
  16. gridiron whirlwinds

    Deangelo Williams

I think Stewart is a good back.....BUT..."JELLO" WILLIAMS is a very special back IMO.
  17. gridiron whirlwinds

    D-will

The last few games he has been seeing 20-25 touches a game and they have been winning.....they just got away from what they do best . what they do best is run the football.....they had 26 rushes for like 177 yards. With a first and goal from the 6 or 7 yard line.....it is beyond me why you would not want Deangello to have the ball......."CHILD PLEASE"
  18. gridiron whirlwinds

    Deangelo Williams

Yes, he definietly is. I look forward to watching Deangelo every week like I looked forward to watching Barry Sanders and Walter Payton. The dude is so much fun to watch, as he leaves me with my mouth open and jaw down 4 or 5 times a game.
  19. gridiron whirlwinds

    Jacoby Jones

I am thinking about adding him. He is a big play waiting to happen....the best talent behind Andre IMO. I am going to add him over Walter....I am in a TD only league. Jacoby Jones = Playmaker He would be my #4 WR and i am in a keeper league.......i may keep him as I think he could be the #2 WR at Houston

Need 2 Of These 3 RB

Interesting insight, as I was leaning toward using Pierre and one of the other two.
  22. I am 7-3 at this point in the season....I am playoff bound. This is a TD ONLY LEAGUE. It has 14 teams. It is a Keeper league. I feel I have a solid team QB Kurt Warner QB Jay Cutler RB Deangelo Williams RB Ray Rice RB Pierre Thomas RB Willis McGahee WR Sidney Rice WR Nate Burleson WR Dallas Clark My WR are my weakest link.....I am trying to make a Trade for WR Desean Jackson My Question To You Guys Is.....Would Sidney Rice & Desean Jackson be a good enough tandem going forward to get me over the hump in a TD ONLY LEAGUE????/ What do you guys think....any input is appreciated.....THANKS!

Will These WR Get It Done For Me The Rest Of The Way?

There is not much on the wire....it is a 14 team keeper league.....I would not be trading Pierre Thomas....it would be a 2010 2nd round pick
