I love all the people saying, “we want peace”. “Why is Israel bombing Hamas, they shouldn’t do that, there are citizens there”. Well no shiot. It’s horrible Well of course everyone wants peace, of course bombing a city is horrible. However that’s not living in reality. What happened last weekend….happened, what *should* the response have been? You can’t sanctimoniously sit back throw your hands up and complain about the response if you can’t come up with a better answer.

I will answer my question to make it crystal clear; because I have balls. After the atrocities of last weekend Israel couldn't simply do nothing, that option means they will be eventually exterminated, and it will happen over and over again. I believe their response, while a deadly one was warranted. Unlike Hamas they at least gave a warning. Hamas uses humans as shields, they are not normal soldiers but savages in that regard. It's a terrible situation they have put anyone in. Also, you cannot negotiate with terrorists. From the American perspective I do not want any troops on the ground but to only publicly support Israel, help with any intelligence, and provide munitions if needed. See that is what nutting up and giving an opinion on a CURRENT event looks like. Not some circle jerk of long winded non answers.

People are reacting to the current events that started last Saturday. Your solution is to build a Time Machine, and go back in time to make different decisions. Great. Here is the bottom line. If I am Jewish and live in a big city like NYC, Paris or London I’m definitely talking to my children and am looking out tomorrow. If I’m Muslim in NYC, Paris or London I just go to work or school like a regular day. Im not worried about some super cell of Jewish terrorizing. At the end of the day, that’s the brass tax, if having trouble figuring out who the US should support.

I want ZERO American troops anywhere near Israel nor Ukraine. But Israel are ally’s and we should 100% provide intelligence, public support and munitions.

You’re not. Israel has its fair share of blood on its hands but it’s 9 times out of 10 in retaliation. Even other Arab countries don’t want these crazies. Choosing sides here is pretty easy. It’s the side that doesn’t want me killed. Not sure what the other dudes are talking about. It’s like Stockholm Syndrome or something.

And over the past 75 years no side isn’t without faults and blood on their hands. This isn’t a game of absolutes. However if you look at a map there is a massive swath and number of Arab countries. Over 20 Arab countries in and around that region of the world. Israel, the only Jewish state in the world is a tiny dot on the map in comparison.

What should Israel have done? Just take it? There are Palestinians who live in Israel, are Muslim, and everyone lives peacefully. These are the non radicals, don’t like Hamas Palestinians.
