DEI only helps white women. πŸ˜‚ what a scam

Orrrr, you can mind your business. I take up for whomever I want. Diversity does not mean unqualified. A handicapped veteran can be DEI, an elderly person can be DEI, a person of color can be DEI, a gay or trans person can be DEI. Just because they are not white male doesn't mean they are unqualified. Get that through your thick skull.

Btw, I support my white sisters and I'm glad they got jobs by any means necessary. Just because they used DEI did not mean they weren't qualified.

But I think that came from men having the freedom to leave their families in the United States. In France, the men stay with their families and the society accepts mistresses. In Japan (back in the day) society accepted concubines, in Arab and African cultures multiples wives are accepted... Not to mention, women have always worked, just middle and upper-class women could stay at home (slaves, serfs, maids, domestics).

This is really true!! I don't want to work, I would much rather clean the house and shop for the best meals and clothes and cook and take care of the children. Working sucks!!!!!!!! The problem is that without a husband or a person to finance that lifestyle it's impossible. And, if your husband (or boyfriend in my case, which was dumb, I know) leaves you, you're in a real pickle if you don't have your own career or income. I learned this the hard way.

I don't have time to watch the video, but from my understanding: 78% of all DEI jobs go to white women 75% of DEI contracts go to white women (let's be real, most of these contracts are likely just headed by white women in name only) Blacks don't care if you get rid of DEI or affirmative action. Do you hear us complaining that it's gone? No. DEI helped white women, latinos, asians and gays: blacks were the least positively affected by DEI. ETA, But DEI would likely still be around if they didn't make the face of DEI blacks. DEI was thrown out because people believed it was helping blacks. If they knew it was helping white women, we'd still have DEI.

  10. I am not going to sit here and argue about the dang-on old Central Park Jogger Case details. If you don't like what I wrote, too MF bad. The show was good, imo, because it shows how there is a big gap between the generations due to social media.
  11. They did, that is true, they were knocking people down and robbing people.
  12. No they didn't! What you're saying is crazy! If they raped and abused her they wouldn't be innocent, they'd be 2nd assailants. A kid was imprisoned who only went to the police department with his friend as a support, he wasn't even there that night. Watch the documentary. No, it's race baiting to say claim that this movie is white-washing a murder carried about by a black person. This movie and that horrible murder had nothing to do with one another. I'm not familiar with the case but trust and believe that black kids aren't the only people committing murders in this world.
  13. I only quoted HT because my mind didn't stay focused on the actual film but started thinking about the Central Park Jogger Rape Case where the boys were interviewed by crooked cops and lawyers and led down a path where they were found guilty but were in fact innocent. I thought maybe that was going to be the case for this movie drama. I wasn't thinking about race at all, other than thinking that the boy was so cute and how could he ever consider himself, or how dare anyone think he was ugly. But for you racist race baiters:
  14. Spoilers below!!! …And I kept expecting a twist. Despite the video, I thought, maybe someone else did it. That maybe he assaulted her but the big deed was done by someone else.

    Do you like espresso?

I absolutely LOVE espresso martinis! πŸ₯°
  16. Absolutely not true. Being negligent in one area of your life doesn't mean it's a forever problem. Besides, the government doesn't pay for anyone from cradle to grave, not anymore. (Unless you're living in MA)
  17. Let's be frank, boys and men are the pursers and girls and women are submitting. We have a culture that doesn't want to empower girls and women like they do in Europe where birth control is discussed and available to teens. We promote young girls and women being sexy and objects of desire and to see relationships through unrealistic Hollywood romance, but we don't teach women to take complete control of their own bodies. We only need look at the way abortion rights have been taken away to demonstrate that fact.
  18. 40% of America's children means 40% of ALL children born: in 2023 3,596,017 children were born. Please explain what you're trying to say, because I'm confused.
  19. Boys and men aggressively pursue girls for sex and they don't wear condoms nor do they care if the girl they're having sex with is on the pill. They impregnate these girls then are either poor providers or they leave them altogether to rely on the government to step in and help. Blame American culture for making boys and men believe that sex is the most important thing in the world, more important than leading a family instead of simply making a family. Note: It's 40% not 13% of children

    White Lotus S3

Anyone watching? So far it’s meh. I’m thinking it will pick up as the season progresses. I’m disappointed that the theme song isn’t as good as it was in the other seasons.

    What are your medical problems?

I have visual snow, it’s sort of like static in your vision. In darkness, instead of seeing all black I see teeny tiny white dots all over. It doesn’t disappear in daytime but you just can’t notice it as much but it does impair your vision, you can’t see colors as brightly. Sometimes when I see an older woman who is wearing too much makeup or the colors are applied too strongly and bright, I think she has visual snow because she can’t see the colors correctly. As I’m aging driving at night is a misery. Everything is super black except headlights which are super bright. I can barely see the lines in the roads especially when it’s raining. https://www.visualsnowinitiative.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/03/YourWorldOurWorldVSI-e1638742106962-1024x371.png
