But I do have some fears...

Okay, substitute white nationalist for Karen. I fear that Karens will become more emboldened and active. (Karen - a white person who uses their class privilege to demand their own way)

I’m willing to question the media now.

I haven't read the comments in this thread but just wanted to comment that I've always known the media was full of crap because of the way they portrayed minorities living in poverty, like we're all dumb lazy criminals. The truth has yet to be told. I know that the media made it seem like Hillary was definitely going to win, not based on opinions, but polls! And she didn't. I saw how the liberal media spent all their time focusing on Trump while he was president just whipping up controversy and not really ever focusing on what he was doing politically, just negative all the time, in order to keep viewers glued to the news. The same can be said about Fox News when Obama was in office. When I hear Putin speak, he's actually talking about real issues and when I hear our politicians speak, they talk to us like we're in kindergarten. We're really not being fed intellectually by our news. We're being entertained.

Joy Reid blamed the white women.

I guess you skipped over the quote from Fox News? It's not my feeling, I was simply trying to explain what I thought the person in question meant. I don't hate anyone. How does having an opinion equal hate? Even if I made a generalization, nothing about what I said was mean, hateful or racist. Also, I've said what I've said. I'm not going to argue this point again. You'll be talking to yourself if anyone bothers to reply.

  5. Based on my chatting about it, the most unexpected black people voted for him.

Joy Reid blamed the white women.

I didn't make this up myself you know. I heard it from my white liberal friends who have told me that their mom just votes whatever the husband votes. Now, this may be a generational thing, silent generation/boomer vs GenX/Millennial.
  7. What part was dumb, that I voted for her? I certainly did. That she has an annoying voice? Well, it's my opinion, I just don't like it for some strange reason. That he didn't win by much: Harris: 47.4% of popular vote, (67,025,135 votes) Trump: 50.9% of popular vote, (71,902,676 votes) Where is the lie? He didn't win by a landslide. Oh wait, was it because I said he was only able to win against women and not able to beat a man? This is the Geek Club, I am supposed to say stuff like this, don't take it so seriously. I was just kidding.

I think what she meant is that there is a segment of women who vote as their husbands vote, without question.
  9. Wow.... I told y'all it was her voice, very annoying. But I still voted for her. She didn't lose by much so don't get too proud. If you notice, Trump only seems to be able to beat women in these presidential races.

That is what I meant, being more disciplined with our choices. Stop choosing men who aren't going to value you, respect you, use contraception, marry you before getting you pregnant and who won't abandon you if he does. Stop having sex with losers.

So no talks about voter fraud?

I just saw your thread. Glad you were thinking about it.

The reason why white women vote conservatively is because it helps them through their husbands. White women are chosen, get married and are supported in every way by the men in their families: father, husbands, brothers, etc. Black women are, unfortunately, abandoned by men so we rely heavily on ourselves. I'd argue though, that black women becoming more disciplined with our choices will be our savior, not abortion rights.
  13. You think? Biden seems so frail. I thought people didn't consider Kamala black but rather Indian.

    Congratulations Republicans!

It seems some red states have liberal values.

    A woman's right to choose

Caring about abortion IS caring about the economy! If young women are forced to have children they are unprepared to raise, then THE ECONOMY will have to support them.

I personally did not want to get vaccinated, but I did and then later when I caught Covid, I didn't die so I'm grateful.

Prediction Time - Trump or Harris

I do agree that the Democrats use race all the time to sway people's opinions but sadly, we only need listen to Trump and his supporters to hear racism.

    A woman's right to choose

No one forced anyone to get a vaccination. If you didn't want to get it, then don't, but you can't go around unvaccinated if you want to go to work with others that want to be as safe as possible. You can't go to school without being vaccinated either. You weren't bothered about getting your measles, mumps, rubella or polio vaccines now were you?
  21. Well...he is proud of putting uber conservatives on the supreme court to bring about these changes that he himself couldn't do.
  22. Abortion is ALREADY banned in: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, and West Virginia Where is the lie? He is proud of this!
