I'm a woman and my hair is about 40% gray. It really ages me. Everyone tells me to color it. It just grows out too fast and isn't worth the time and effort. I only see my work colleagues and my family. I'm not on TV or being paid to look youthful. What you see is what you get.

I don't think who I vote for will matter regarding food. It was that way before Kamala/Trump was in office. Oh, my profile picture! I searched and searched for a pic that was small that had both candidates but couldn't find one. I settled on Kamala because she's prettier.

I went to Colombia for about a week and ate 3 full meals a day. I thought I was eating a like a pig. Not only did I eat more than usual, we sat at restaurants for what seemed like forever. When I got home, I had actually LOST weight. You need to read about it, the food here is created differently. It's a slew of things. Once, I had some expired Thomas' Bagels. I was surprised to note that although the 3 bagels in the bag were past their fresh date, they looked and felt perfectly fine. I wondered how long it would be before they molded. Guess what? THEY NEVER MOLDED!!! Grapes and tomatoes aren't molding and dying anymore. Just look, try to let them rot. They won't.

A friend is getting a divorce. She is married to a man who is wealthy through his parents. They own a home together (both names are on the deed) but neither of them has contributed to the mortgage or down payment. In fact, the mortgage has been paid since day 1 by the husband's family. He has filed for divorce, but SHE wants to keep the house. They have a small child together and she wants full custody and the home. He wants shared (1/2 and 1/2 custody), he wants her to sell the home, and they split the profits. There has been no abuse or cheating by the husband or wife. Is there any chance she can keep the home? Do the parents have rights to home? The parent's names are not on the deed.

No, it's not paid off, the parents put down on the house and they pay the mortgage each month. (Which is insane to me, because the couple are fully grown, dare I say middle aged adults, but I guess if you have family that's willing to take care of you, good for you.)
