Since no one cares about the debate, it shouldn't matter what happens to this thread. I know I'm going to post here.

Lol, maybe I will, maybe I won't.

You must not be getting enough attention today. You must need a virtual hug. ((HUG)) You don't need to be mean and racist to get my attention.

I never had the talk but I respect authority and I did watch the news (Rodney King, police violence in NY/NJ in the 80's and 90's).

I recall some golfer was stopped before a game. Scheffler had been charged with a felony for assaulting a police officer with his vehicle, along with three misdemeanors. The arresting officer, Detective Bryan Gillis, was outside the gate of Valhalla Golf Course directing traffic after a pedestrian death when he encountered Scheffler. All charges were dropped.

Iβve had 2 polling texts ask who I was voting for and I chose Trump both times. -
When you see edjr, in your head are you saying "ed Junior" or "edger"? I say edger.

edger as in the word edge with a soft g. edjr as in edge-rr, like an edger, a garden tool. not edgar.

I am. It says, Trump for Traditional Wives (showing a very young blonde with pregnant belly exposed, surrounded by 3 young children with flowers in their hair), we believe in Jesus! Donald Trump will direct the government to block birth control and restore traditional Christian values...etc. The other shows a couple where the wife has (counting) 17 children. Then another that states Kamala is not role model due to her marrying late and not having children. Further, a Christian woman would never run for president. Wondering if Republicans are getting these or is this to ensure Democrats vote for Kamala.

No, I'm telling you the absolute truth. I haven't stopped them because I find them humorous. I received this one yesterday at 8 pm: "I'm the one that got rid of Roe v Wade" President Trump and JD Vance know that women today will be elevated in God's kingdom by submitting to our Husbands and embracing childbearing as our sacred duty. That's why Trump got rid of Roe v Wade. Don't let Childless Kamala Harris stop Trump from finishing God's plan for women! stop to end These are so outrageous that I figured they might be from the Democratic party. Then again, I do live in Georgia...

Watching Stand By Me For The Umteenth Time
peenie replied to BunnysBastatrds's topic in The Geek Club
I wrote that I never watched Stand By Me or the Goonies. I thought since I never gave those movies a chance, Iβd give Jerry Maguire a chance as Iβd never wanted to see it. It looked overrated. It is overrated but entertaining especially since so much in the world has changed since it was filmed. -

Never watched either film and I've tried. Just didn't capture my attention. Before you criticize, ask yourself how many times have you watched Sixteen Candles, Breakfast Club or Pretty in Pink?
