I agree that if there is enough evidence to bring charges, then there should be a trial. If proven guilty, drag them through the streets. You want to skip the first part (bringing charges, trial by peers) and go straight to public hangings.

Give who the evidence? The public? Why? Again, if we can’t trust our government (multiple administrations) to do their job, we have much bigger problems that elections won’t solve.

I don’t understand why it’s up to Joe Public to decide if someone is guilty or innocent. I’d hope our judicial system would do its job and string up anyone they have sufficient evidence to do so. If we can’t trust our government to do so, we have much bigger problems than this.

Why would anyone want to become a police officer and have to deal with people like this?

I want to believe that the legal system would/could investigate and release information as credible cases are brought to court. I don’t want innocent people’s good name and reputation tarnished by a massive data dump.

We (either side) can't have any confidence that, even with 100% bipartisan support, what will be released is unedited, not selectively chosen, or in anyway the complete file. Given that both Biden and Trump have had that opportunity to be forthcoming and have not makes this a complete political witch hunt as this point.

You really can’t separate your TDS from a situation in which the US has the opportunity and, I would say, responsibility to do good. Sad.

We’ve done plenty in Ukraine and they can defend themselves. Gaza elected the terrorists. Saudi and Yemen are in cease fire. US strength should be used to intervene when those can’t help themselves.
