    Charlie Kirk was just shot

    Certainly harder to conceal.

    Charlie Kirk was just shot

Being that it was on a college campus, I'm sure there are cameras everywhere. It "should" just be a matter of time.

    Charlie Kirk was just shot

My worry is that was more than some lunatic. There are lots of people that have the skill to shoot a still target at 200 yards. But there aren't many people that possess the know how to plan, prepare, and avoid capture in this fashion. I'm worried that this is a much more organized group and that it may not be over. I really hope it was a lone wolf that just got "lucky".
  4. Cool. You win the internet, a$$hole.

Trump goes to Russia to meet Putin

The calculus on this hasn’t changed in a while. Unless NATO is willing to directly engage Russia, Ukraine can’t win. How much $$$ is NATO willing to spend to “weaken” Russia and punish aggression? How many lives is Ukraine willing to lose until they figure out they can’t win?
  6. She has a great body with Corky's face.
  7. And, if they release the list, I can't imagine there wouldn't be a bunch of defamation lawsuits.

Are you proud to be an American?

If you're not proud to be American, you're an a$$hole regardless of your race, religion, political bent, or gender (or lack thereof).
  9. Even as a Trump supporter, I chuckle at "2-weeks". But as you say, it seems like the right answer. There should be no need to rush on this, at least not now. Hopefully momentum builds for the Iranians to overthrow their government in that time.
  10. I think the best situation is for an uprising by the Iranian people. Somewhere in one of these threads it mentioned that we need to get "real" news and not so subtle encouragement to do so. I agree 100%.
  11. The threat is not militarily. It's through terrorist attacks and disruption of our very comfy lives. Can the average Americans accept that without losing their collective sh#t?
  12. I don't get why this is so hard for some to understand. The US has made a lot of progress building relationships with many in the ME (Bahrain, Saudi, Egypt, Oman, Kuwait, and Qatar). There's still a lot of work to do, but it gets much easier without the constant threat from Iran and their puppet terrorist groups (Hezbollah, Hamas, PIJ, etc.).

    John Fetterman

Agreed. I was wrong about him. I don’t agree with him on a lot of things, but it’s refreshing to have a politician doing and saying what he thinks is right and not just the party line. He’s got my vote.
  14. You can’t watch it without be proud.
  15. More proof that we're on the right side of this.
  16. Neither are those that refuse to leave a burning building. Just be prepared for the consequences.
  17. At this point, the lawlessness and rioting have taken over anything peaceful or helpful to their cause. Anyone participating at this point is not innocent.
  18. The Republicans have the Democrats on the run with this issue. If they would start working on comprehensive immigration reform, it would finish then.
  19. Any other politician would have stopped to spike the ball after any one of these accomplishments. Not him.
  20. My goodness is this guy killing it. On the same day that the Dems admitted they ran a guy they felt needed to be in a wheel chair. The contrast couldn’t be more stark.
  21. This is why people are funding some idiot's Go-Fund-Me for using the n-word against a child. People are fed up with the double standard. It's all wrong.

    Zelensky and Ukraine Thread

You're old enough to remember Abe Lincoln made similar promises.
  23. The success or failure of the tariffs, and the midterm elections for the republicans for that matter, is whether or not we start to see new trade agreements finalized by some of bigger trade partners like the Europeans, Japan, and India. Given progress with these countries, I think it will take some pressure off of the stock market and the repercussions of the "embargo" on China.
