  1. Just a guess but I’d venture you whined like a little betch for 8 years under Obama. You definitely did under Biden. A skosh of self awareness would allow you to answer this thread, which I swear you start every couple weeks. At least you have the decency to not bump it with one of your idiotic aliases

    Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill”

The Republican senators who were very concerned about the spending all ended up voting for it at the last minute before vacation. No way!

    Rip Dave Parker

Man. My favorite baseball player growing up. Have a ton of his baseball cards still. Saw many games in Cincinnati when he was there and always seems like he jacked one when I was at the game. I know he had been struggling with Parkinson’s. RIP Cobra

    Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill”

Remember to prepare your speech about debt and how it’s ruining the country next time Dems run Congress

    Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill”

Thats what will happen. Guarantee. You can play dumb and pretend it doesn’t happen. I’ll put the over / under at 3 trillion added to the debt over next decade.

    Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill”

No one does they are still making shet up in it. Whatever it is, they will get it done before their month of vacay. Guarantee it adds trillions to the deficit.

    Trump’s “Big Beautiful Bill”

They’ll pass all this regardless of what’s in it before their month of August vacation. Can’t have that interrupted! Once they do it will add trillions to the debt. Next time any of these focking dopes starts going on about putting the kids in debt or how the government needs to be run like your budget (typically when Dems control the House) remember to laugh.

    RFK already reforming the FDA

I don’t agree with your assessment of programs geared towards incentivizing people to make healthy choices. I agree that the government should work to make food healthier for us rather than cheap for corporations.

    RFK already reforming the FDA

All of this may be true. Who knows. It seems like this is adding unnecessary complexity to an already difficult issue if there is a goal to improve health of a country any small movement is going to be an improvement. Speaking to the idea of trying to get people to be more healthy with the use of step trackers to be healthier. My work did this years ago. No one used them. They then tied them and a handful of other things that healthy people typically do (get a physical, get teeth cleaned, etc) and if you do this your insurance premiums are lower. Suddenly everyone started doing it. I assume it’s working as it still is a program. It was a pragmatic way to encourage good behavior.

    RFK already reforming the FDA

This isn’t a this or that thing. You can do both. People should probably know that they should eat better, but they don’t. Incentivizing people finically to be healthier works and these health trackers give a tangible way to see that behavior. I don’t really know what the last paragraph is talking about.

    RFK already reforming the FDA

Of course. But that isn’t happening. That is in part why government tries to come up with things like this idea from Wormbrain to get the population to be healthier. I don’t think it’s a bad idea necessarily but people won’t do it without some incentive. I would add if a Dem proposed this it would go over like a fart in church.

    RFK already reforming the FDA

That is another option. Good luck with that. This using devices to help people be healthier idea won’t work unless people are incentivized to use them. Taking more steps or being aware of blood sugar levels does have benefit but people won’t do this without financial incentives.
  14. Trump wishes he had that.

People using devices to monitor their activity can be effective way to improve health, Only way this works is if the government pays for the device or better if insurance premiums are lowered if you achieve health benchmarks - like 5K steps for 80% of days in a year or something.
  17. It takes some time to redo a bridge.
  18. Speak for yourself…my state has like 5 billion in projects that are kicking off.
  19. I think you are mistaken. I’m not sure what article you are talking about. In any case the previous post I made is taken from the 2018 report from the group you just used in your link They said Iran was in compliance in 2018.
  20. Not sure what article you are referencing. Here’s a direct excerpt from the IAEA’s GOV/2018/47 report from November 2018 titled “Verification and monitoring in the Islamic Republic of Iran in light of United Nations Security Council resolution 2231 (2015)” “Since 16 January 2016 (JCPOA Implementation Day), the Agency has verified and monitored Iran’s implementation of its nuclear‑related commitments in accordance with the modalities set out in the JCPOA… The Agency continues to verify the non‑diversion of declared nuclear material at the nuclear facilities and locations outside facilities where nuclear material is customarily used (LOFs) declared by Iran under its Safeguards Agreement. Evaluations regarding the absence of undeclared nuclear material and activities for Iran remained ongoing.” This passage encapsulates the IAEA’s clear conclusion as of late 2018: Iran was complying with its nuclear-related obligations, and the agency continued working to ensure no undeclared nuclear activities were underway. Benchmarks from that report: “At the Fuel Enrichment Plant (FEP) at Natanz, no more than 5 060 IR‑1 centrifuges installed in 30 cascades, which remain in the configurations in the operating units at the time the JCPOA was agreed.” This confirms Iran did not exceed the limit of 5,060 first-generation centrifuges. Iran has continued the enrichment of UF₆ at FEP. Iran has not enriched uranium above 3.67 % U‑235 (para. 28).” This certifies that enrichment levels stayed within JCPOA’s 3.67% ceiling. Throughout the reporting period, Iran’s total enriched uranium stockpile has not exceeded 300 kg of UF₆ enriched up to 3.67 % U‑235…” Demonstrating compliance with the stockpile cap of 300 kg. At the Fordow Fuel Enrichment Plant (FFEP), no more than 1 044 IR‑1 centrifuges have been maintained in one wing… Throughout the reporting period, Iran has not conducted any uranium enrichment or related research and development … and there has not been any nuclear material at the plant.” This shows Fordow remained non-enriching and under the agreed configuration.”
  21. They do seem to be the experts that people reference for Iran’s nuke activities. They reported Iran in compliance with Obama’s deal across several benchmarks in 2018. Then we backed out and it all started going sideways..
  22. I don’t agree with that. Many parts were a success. How much, what we did is still being determined. It’s ok to ask and especially to question Trump because he’s, you know full of shet often.
  23. The B2 and our military are some bad mofos. They should be for the price tag, but good to see it in action. Not sure the failure talk but these reports of the uranium was moved, is now missing, that the program may only be set back a few months hopefully are inaccurate. I don’t trust Trump’s version of events. Questioning of this isn’t rooting for Iran or for it to be a failure, that Trump paints it this way is typical BS from him.
