Yep. In the case of Washington some of the areas that would be left exposed are crazy. Super pristine areas. In those cases I think there would be riots if they tried to sell them. The Montana guy got his state removed from the list which I’d like someone to explain why and how that worked. If there are some plots of land in areas that are adjacent to existing home sites that could be explored but this needs to be done very slowly and thoughtfully.
