The tariffs and Trump’s erratic behavior are making things worse IMO. Market was due a big correction. But honestly no one knows anything. Personally just have faith that the markets are one of the best ways to build wealth over the long term.

Here’s to better times! Im betting the overall market will be healthy again within a couple years. Got plenty of time til I’ll get at this money hopefully.

No I don’t know what he meant. It could be interpreted that he was aware this dude liked em very young, typical “locker room” talk and all. I didn’t really comment on this other than to say I’m sure there was some waste. Elon found about 10% of what he said he would find easily (his math is also questionable) which is telling IMO. He just nibbled around the edges and didn’t get into anything that would really get to the deficit problem. I do think Elon is a major bullshit artist and everything he says should be questioned for accuracy. This goes for everyone really. The results we won’t really know for awhile but I’d wager that many of the things he cut will need to be added back. Even that isn’t necessarily bad as they will perhaps be reintroduced in a better way - an example is this paper mountain thing. This is why I asked what, if anything, it was replaced by.

What changes were made in this process?

Who is doing the mining? Is that laid out in this deal?

I don’t think Trump did anything illegal, my point is the people who buy this conspiracy crap like Hillary ran human trafficking out of a pizza place in DC or that the HHS was selling kids with Joe Biden or whatever should throw a wider net with all the conspiracy stuff. They are missing out!

If these circumstances were on a Dem in the WH it would be meltdown of epic proportions from the Frozenneans of the world.

I understand this but I don’t think it’s worth it. There is such a large chunk of Republican voters who it just doesn’t matter, they love Donald like their dog. After midterms it will be about who is replacing him and my hope is that there isn’t a copy of him that works and a normal conservative will take that spot.
