These 4 year periods are not equal. The effects of shutting the world down then reopening were playing out through Biden’s time in office. How we performed versus others is a better measuring stick. We did better than most coming out of that. The growth of our economy in the last quarter was higher than it was in last quarter of 2019 for instance.
