Granted I am staying in the bougier parts of the city but have walked all around and been to many of the outlying neighborhoods and is very nice. Amazing food town, property is very affordable (at least compared to where I live), downtown sports stadiums are all very cool, people like to get after it in the summer, that part up by the river is in particular really nice. I’d put it on par with Denver or Charlotte which are also great spots.

Well he’s the Governor of the whole state. But your point about Minneapolis is completely wrong. A great city, great downtown, great adjacent neighborhoods. I travel all around the US for work and go there frequently. Always enjoy it there. Very good quality of life.
