I’m not sure what deep fake she is referring too (I’m sure there are many). Manipulated videos I am sure she is referring to the one from The Post where the frame of the shot was edited. The rest of her answer was boilerplate Press Secretary stuff she has probably said a hundred times and is accurate. Biden has had many legislative wins.
