I bought into a REIT for data centers on this thinking and it’s been solid - DLR. NVDA for the chips. Been an absolute monster, best trade I have ever made. And always have been investing in AMZN, AAPL, GOOG, MSFT because they power pretty much everything tech.

The chipmakers are the play IMO. Nothing happens without them across the board. Industry leaders in using AI will also benefit but they need the chips to do it.
