My guess is he will be found guilty of various charges. Not sure all the different ways this can occur, how the different issues can be assigned guilt etc. Nothing will end up happening to him however from a practical matter. No jail of course, no house arrest, appeals and various maneuverings that everyone has but especially rich people with access to the keys to the system will allow him to continue on as normal.
