I have no clue about this dude’s private life but in Trump’s case it seems pretty clear the only shets Don gives is how things impacts him personally. He’d only care if Melania bailed because it would ding him financially or it looked bad for him in other ways - in this case with voters.

I would say by the evidence he presents, if other people corroborate, and the person being accused goes under oath and presents their evidence and version.
