They did not charge Biden because “We conclude that no criminal charges are warranted in this matter”. That was the language used in the report.

Don’t get mad because you don’t get why Biden isn’t being charged by the deep state for his role in handling of these documents. What was Trump charged with in the docs case?

I do miss these press conferences. These things are always nuts and fascinating to watch it play out.

Biden is plainly explaining, using Hur’s words, as to why he wasn’t charged and Trump was for those who don’t grasp it. Much worse I’d argue is the dude calling him an old fragile man who couldn’t remember anything.

The language this guy used in describing Biden is going to be gold for Trump. Deep State at it again!!

Hur specifically mentions why Trump was charged and Biden wasn’t. Maybe you skipped over that part and it is why you are confused here.
