He’d be playing QB. You’d still get to wear his jersey and listen to him on the McAfee show. Just like Kimmel still gets to do his show. If you want to stop watching Kimmel for it that is your prerogative.

If Rodgers was a comedian and did a skit 20 years ago he’d be ok. If he was at a costume party a couple season ago he’d be raked over the coals. But yeah he’d be playing still. Did you see Kimmel’s bit on as Karl Malone? Was pretty funny at the time IMO. Comedy definitely gets a little leeway in my book but is definitely tough to pull off.

Bill Burr tells jokes about black people all the time. I’m sure there are many others. Comedy is a bit different. Do you think context of a blackface video would make any difference?

Who knows it depends on the circumstances of the video. Kimmel is a comedian who does skits. Chapelle for instance gets 20 million from Netflix for an hour and just made jokes about crippled people.
