This is a my favorite summary so far as to why Team Trump won’t release them. I am borrowing it from Tree of Knowledge.

I rarely believe Trump. When did it ever come up for a vote? If there is nothing in them then why would he work so hard to have them blocked. It gains him nothing and makes him look very guilty.

Were they ever voting to release them. I would have been all for that. Wouldn’t you?
