Here is the difference. I don't believe we should treat people of a different skin color any differently, let alone murder them. It's very simple. I'm assuming you are a white guy. What you don't realize, how I'm not sure, is that there has been an anti white male push for a while now. Because I use common sense and am not afraid of the term racist, I will be extra cautious if a pack of ghetto blacks comes around me. The odds of an issue escalate dramatically. Interestingly today, I have a friend who told me that he wants the world to accept the thoughts and existance of white men. This guy is a former liberal who could not stand Trump. A home degrades over time. It doesn't logically make sense as an investment. A home wouldn't naturally be an investmemt vehicle if everything wasn't so manipulated. Seriously, why would a house naturally increase in price? The only thing that makes sense is a baby boom and less homes than buyers. Look at home prices. They are nuts. So yeah it benefits the home owners who bought at the right time, which is fine I have nothing against them, but it is a completely unsustainable model. Look at Canada to see how bad it could get. Plus, when the market takes a hit, now people become royally screwed if home prices take a hit. Investing in homes became so attractive that foreign institutional buyers woule snatch up tons of homes with some foreign retirement accounts banking on US single family home prices going up as much as possible.
