You are expecting the officer to know her intention when a vehicle is taking off inches in front of him. That is not reasonable. If she didn't block Ice agents, this wouldn't have happened. If she didn't floor it in the direction of an officer, this wouldn't have happened. The party of zero personal accountability strikes again.
