An incident report from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office stated that the father of the teen boy reported the matter to law enforcement on December 29, 2025. He said that his son's mother, Shamir Womack, took the boy to get a "very inappropriate" sleeve tattoo on his inner arm without his knowledge or consent, according to WGXA. The father, who had full custody of his son at the time of the incident, told authorities that he wanted to file charges against both Womack and Walter Nesbitt Jr., who has been identified as the tattoo artist that gave his son the sleeve.
