It’s actually more like thuggery has arrived. Human is certainly a thug of the lowest order, but thankfully he is a performative thug. As I’ve asserted for months now this is for show, though the fear that it is spreading for innocent people is unforgivable. At the end of Trump’s term there will be more undocumented people in this country than there are now.

Sure. It was an unfortunate use of words. But it wasn’t deliberate and comparing it to the cruelty that Trump displayed with the journalist, for which these same people have repeatedly given him a pass for years, is outrageous.

No. You don’t get to have it both ways. There is no double standard here. She doesn’t deserve to be condemned for attacking the handicapped; Trump does. What’s more this entire story is a trumped up distraction from the scandal of Hegseth and others shamefully lying.

It’s not the mistake, it’s the lie.

But Milley, who was one of the best in that position that this country has ever had, never lied to the American people. Unlike Hegseth he is a man of honor.

This is a false narrative: the “Hot Wheels” thing had nothing to do with Abbot’s disability. It was about his moving refugees to other states. I thought rightly. It was disgusting. Trump is a bad person for that alone. I think now you’re referring to Crockett calling Governor Abbott “Hot Wheels”. But that has nothing to do with his disability; it’s about Abbott’s sending refugees to other states as a publicity stunt, which cost Texas millions of dollars and was just stupid and mean-spirited.

She was speaking metaphorically. She means that Democrats have to beat a guy like Cruz by being tough with him. It’s no different from a few years back when Sarah Palin posted a picture of Gabby Giffords on a gun target. After Giffords was shot a lot of people ripped Palin. I defended her because I understood that she wasn’t calling for violence. Neither is Crocket. I think Jasmine Crockett is terrific, and she has never called for violence.

Not me personally. Once Dems are back in power we’ll just order ICE to do it. Bye!

Apparently you’re not paying attention. This story is minor compared to the uproar over Doge. Have you watched any of these huge crowds lately? And this is even before the tariffs take effect. The public is pissed off. You’re not seeing it for whatever reason. But you will come election time. It’s gonna be ugly for anyone supporting Trump.
