There’s really only one surefire way to fight inflation: free trade. Lower your tariffs to zero, let imported goods compete with domestic products, and prices will come down overnight. It also leads to major economic growth, prevents wars, and develops prosperity. Biden didn’t understand this and didn’t do enough to lower tariffs. Granted he’s not the total disaster that Trump is on this subject. But he could have done more.
