Well this is highly inaccurate. I’ve never been for universal healthcare. I think it’s inevitable ever since Obamacare passed (which I opposed) but not a good system. I’m not for DEI. I just think conservatives make way too big a deal about it and I think a lot of the attacks against it tend to be racist. I’d like to see a society with more racial diversity because I don’t believe the playing field is equal but I’m also very reluctant to try and enforce that by law, particularly when it comes to advanced education. My views on immigration are very firm, based not on leftism but on libertarianism. I believe in free markets and open immigration. I don’t believe in open borders. I believe in most aspects of woke, based again on libertarian values: leave people alone to do what they want. Treat everyone with respect and dignity.

I’m against open borders. I’m not against open immigration. I’m also for amnesty for nonviolent people who came here without documents. Neither of these are the same as open borders. But does it matter what I’m for? My whole life I’ve been in the minority on this issue; I’m never going to get what I want. The struggle is between those who want limited immigration and those who want even more limited immigration, and between those who want some undocumented people deported and those who want almost all undocumented people deported. My views are irrelevant to these arguments.

I keep my beautiful, lovely, thin, and many years sober wife far away from this forum and garbage like you. I deal with it so she doesn’t have to. But thanks for asking.

That’s not true; there are many people, especially from Venezuela, Cuba, El Salvador, etc., who truly are. You’re right my bad. But everything I wrote about pardons goes equal for commuting sentences. Unacceptable. They attacked the police. You don’t get to do that in a civil society. Ever.

No. It’s not equal. Biden deserves major criticism for his pardons. Trump deserves major criticism for some of his pardons. Every President does. But pardoning the Jan 6 rioters who committed violence (not the nonviolent ones), who attacked police- that’s unique. That’s beyond the pale, worse than any other Presidential Pardons in history. It’s unacceptable, there is no justifiable whataboutism, no reasonable excuse or explanation that can be offered.

Dont agree but I really don’t mind him being pardoned as I wrote. It’s the violent ones, the guys who attacked police officers. Please justify them going free. I can’t, it’s unacceptable. But go ahead, defend it.
