If demanding attention was my goal, then you would have satisfied it already. But alas it’s not my goal. I’m expressing frustration because currently there are so many falsehoods that have cachet among a sizable percentage of the public, and I was trying to set the record straight, not like a two year old but like a responsible grownup. Don’t care about the attention part, never have.

And this is also not a matter of opinion: either I’m a Nazi pedocrat, or I’m not. (Though I could be a Nazi without being a Pedocrat, or a Pedocrat without being a Nazi. Wait- what exactly is a Pedocrat again?)

If, for instance, I write “man-made climate change is real” that’s not open to opinion. That’s either true or it isn’t. Same goes for everything I wrote. Either it’s true or it’s not.

OK. Sorry you (and apparently others) feel that way. I don’t knowingly lie. Sometimes I get things wrong, sometimes I don’t remember stuff I previously wrote, and sometimes I write things in jest that are not meant to be taken seriously. But I don’t deliberately say dishonest things.

Of course they do. Currently there are exceptions in our deportation laws for victims of domestic abuse who commit minor crimes as part of resisting that abuse. This law would remove those exceptions. If this law passes it would mean not only the person who commits the abuse would be deported but the victim of the abuse, if undocumented, would also be subject to deportation. Which would mean victims would be less likely even to report the abuse. Actually thank you and @Hardcore troubadour for asking me these questions as I’ve made up my mind; I am now opposed to this law.
