You’re correct that all Trump decisions wk be appealed. But what’s your take on this issue? Do transgenders have a Constitutional right to serve in the military? And if not, would YOU ban them?

He’s correct? So people with asthma can’t serve? High blood pressure or cholesterol? How about diabetics?

Of course you’re correct. But in this case I would like to discuss this issue because I find it interesting. If you don’t you needn’t bother.

As to your first point I don’t believe you. I’m betting there are plenty of military people who take daily medication for all sorts of things. Your second point is irrelevant. Not an issue of discussion. Your third point may be correct (I don’t know) but it doesn’t mean the government has the right to discriminate.

I do my best all the time to live a virtuous life: help out refugees, give money to the ACLU and Planned Parenthood. Oppose the vicious attacks on immigration. But thank you for reminding me, I will redouble my efforts.

Well you’re free to think what you want, I find your outrage here to be highly hypocritical and selective. Musk’s company saved some lives today. His actions in the last two months have cost many more. Where was your outrage when he openly encouraged Trump to end our acceptance of Afghan refugees trying to escape the Taliban? Some of those folks have already been sent back and put to death. Did you condemn Trump and Musk at the time like I did? Yeah I didn’t think so. Musk is a bad person. Try not to be one yourself.

I’m always concerned with the fed’s tactics. I don’t think there is ever an excuse for avoiding due process and when it is done I get suspicious. Not of conspiracies- I generally reject all conspiracy theories (like your crackpot one about the Jews planning 9/11). I get suspicious, not of conspiracies, but of bad actions committed where everyone can see them. I have a feeling this happened here.

The only “conditioning” I received on this subject is listening to Musk talk and reading his tweets. He has lied deliberately on a couple of subjects very important to me and his deliberate falsehoods make me believe he is a bad guy.

It’s not a particularly good one. Up to this point almost all of our space achievements have come from the public sector. That may change and I don’t mind if it does, but what you wrote has NOT been the norm when it comes to space. More importantly: Space X has received government subsidies for its entire existence. Without these it would not exist. So it’s only “private sector” in name.

I can’t disagree with you that the public likes a lot of of what he’s doing even if I don’t. But you’re right about the tariffs. They’re going to drag down his Presidency (unfortunately this country will suffer as well.)

To Trump’s credit, he was asked today by Laura Ingraham if he would willingly defy a judge’s court order. At first he hemmed and hawed saying there were bad judges out there that needed to be impeached. So I give him credit for this answer.

I get your dislike of me but I don’t understand how anything I’ve written here makes me a “piece of sh!t”. Because I dislike Musk and consider him a bad guy? I’ve got pretty good reasons for that.

I am opposed to all acts of political violence in this country. It shouldn’t need to be said.

I’m glad the astronauts were rescued. But Musk is a liar and a bad person. That hasn’t changed. So I’m impressed by the Tesla boycott and I hope it continues.

So long as your arguments keep coming down to “let’s avoid due process” you have no credibility. I don’t have to answer any of your challenges. You’re on the wrong side.
