I don’t believe this. I don’t think you can provide proof of this.

Also- those of us who defend innocent Muslims (and there are many) must face the reality that Islam has more terrorists, and more radicals and extremists, than all the other world’s major religions combined. This is a sad truth and I have my own theories as to why it is so, but trying to obscure or hide this does nobody any good.

And now a serious thought: I have never understood how anyone can try to justify terrorism. No matter how just you consider your cause, deliberately murdering innocent people for the sole purpose of spreading fear is simply madness and evil. And from a practical standpoint, it doesn’t work (it never achieves whatever political goal it seeks.)

ISIS is an evil organization. Anyone who belongs to it deserves to die. How’s that for shade?

Yes it is. And my point stands: if we judge Americans by their love of what this country is truly supposed to stand for, guys like @Horseman (and possibly you as well) would be the first deported, ahead of most Muslims and most of those here illegally.

There is no evidence- yet- that he was acting with others. He may be a lone ISIS supporter. As usual you’re just making sh!t up. Earlier you claimed this was Al-Qaeda. Then you implied that because the suspect had a Muslim sounding name he is not a real American- a typical bigoted and ignorant statement on your part. If being American was a matter of truly appreciating what is great about this country, YOU would be one of the first deported, ahead of most Muslims and those without official documents.

The initial spokeswoman for the FBI got it wrong when she said it wasn’t an act of terrorism. That often happens in initial reporting. She didn’t get it wrong because she is incompetent or a DEI hire or because of woke or any of the other stupid reasons that people are citing here- she got it wrong because it was too soon and they made a mistake. Big deal.

No. First off I’m not even in favor of DEI, never have been. But regardless, those who promote it are not responsible for the ignorance and bigotry of some of those who attack it.

There are around 3.45 million Muslims in the United States. Unfortunately whenever an event like this happens they are all castigated as a group and looked upon with suspicion and distrust.
