Now you want to fire them and reinsert the guy who made the mess in the first place, a guy whose only promise is to make an even bigger mess this time around. Two more national polls: Fox- Trump by 2 points. Marist: Harris by 5 points The Fox poll is the first one in 2 weeks that shows Trump ahead nationally, making it an outlier by definition. The Marist poll represents Harris’ largest lead so it may be an outlier as well.

I thought she did an excellent job with some very tough questions. But even if I’m completely wrong about that and you guys are right, “BUT TRUMP” remains a reasonable response, more important than any other argument.

EVERYTHING she was asked had to do with Trump because no matter what you think of her (and obviously I have a much higher opinion of her than you do) it’s an either-or choice: if we reject her we get Trump. And there is no issue you can name, no position of hers, no action by her in past or present, that isn’t vastly superior to Donald Trump.

The Fox panel said she came in “hot”. Thats completely wrong, and it also might be just a tiny bit racist as well. She was calm and competent the whole time.

I watched about half of it, and that audience wasn’t left leaning. Lol at you writing that and then calling ME a liar.

Choose a new candidate and you might beat her in 2028. Depends on whom you choose.

Kudos to Baer. Very tough questions. But I disagree with the folks here (of course they can’t stand her anyhow and I like her so we each have biases.) IMO, she held up very well. My only objection to Baer is that he wasted time on the transgender question. Nobody outside of extreme righties gives a crap about that.

Her criticisms of Trump were dead on and accurate. They will help her hopefully.

Wow. A few minutes in these are the toughest questions that Kamala has faced. But she is holding her own (IMO).

I thought you were upset because you wrote “I’m not your buddy.” That seems like an angry response.

Kamala Harris has run a nearly flawless campaign so far IMO. She spent the first month introducing herself. Now she is drawing the contrast. The public needs to be reminded that Donald Trump is a threat to our democracy, our prosperity, our future as a free country. And that in Kamala we have a capable, smart, centrist as an alternative.

It doesn’t because her view of Kamala’s abilities is completely opposed to yours.

White supremacy is a set of ideas (dangerous ones.) Larry Elder is absolutely a white supremacist. It’s really too bad- 30 years ago he was a reasonable libertarian. Only the last few years has he gone off the deep end along with his buddy Dennis Prager. Hugh Hewitt knows better but is willing to go along to avoid losing his show. The only one of those guys with integrity is Michael Medved and he’s lost most of his audience as a result.
