I don’t regard you as a bigoted person but these are unintentional bigoted comments IMO. Let’s bottom line this: none of the reasons you offered is enough to justify not having these people here or reporting them. It’s good for us that they’re here. We should bring more in.

I think today is the last day to drop out for North Carolina. Though it would certainly help Trump and hurt Harris for Robinson to be replaced on the ticket I wouldn’t mind. It’s a disgrace that a guy like Mark Robinson is the GOP candidate for governor anywhere.

No I read it. You’re cherry picking. You avoided quoting the rest of the article which refutes your overall point. Sure there are growing pains which happens whenever there is an increase in population. But overall these folks are a benefit and most of the crap you wrote isn’t happening. I did. I just posted a comprehensive article . While it does discuss some growing pains on the community like more car accidents (without the bigoted explanation you offered) it refutes your main points and discusses the net economic benefits.

Actually he did. According to the Wall Street Journal he sent his people to investigate; they were told by the lady that the cat had been found. JD learned this and decided to publicly double down on the lie anyhow.

Do you have any evidence for any of this? I can accept the argument that social services have been taxed but I’m skeptical that anyone already there has been directly affected. The part about them not driving well and causing accidents sounds like total bullsh!t and I doubt you have anything but anecdotes loosely offered. Same for taking jobs away. I suspect that since these folks were invited there to fulfill a real economic need, that it’s the opposite of your assertions: they’re actually a boon to the economy of the region. And the antipathy to them is based on xenophobia and racism.

OK. Can you discuss in detail the “significant impact” you speak of here? Putting aside the pet myth, how have the people already living there been negatively affected? My assumption is that they haven’t been negatively affected, and that this whole supposed issue is rooted in fear, xenophobia, and racism. But feel free to prove me wrong.

Harris leads by 9 points there. If that’s in play, then so is Texas, Florida and Iowa. (The last two might really be in play.) You know what state Trump thinks is in play? New York .He’s campaigning there today. Brilliant move.

Teamsters are salt of the earth people, nicest guys you’re ever gonna meet. I’ve known a few and they’re awesome, They got this one wrong. They think Trump would protect their interests. This post ignores that Republicans have been giving away money for decades and that Trump is promising to do more of the same. The only difference is who the money is being given to.

So Trump is losing and he knows it. And he also knows that if he loses he’s likely eventually going to prison for the rest of his life. It’s already ugly but expect it to get far far worse. Expect something shocking to happen I don’t know what. But something big will come and it will be unpleasant. Trump will not go down quietly.
