I really like her. What can I say? I’m not fawning, just keeping it real. And how come you haven’t ripped the Trump sycophants in here? When @Tree of Knowledge gets going about “Father Trump” and @HellToupee posts pictures of Trump as George Washington, you don’t say crap. And my praise of Kamala doesn’t come close to that sort of nonsense.

She’s gotten so much better as a speaker. Her timing, cadences are really excellent. And the crowd is truly in love with her.

I’m a fan of Michael Rapaport as an actor. Pretty disappointing to see him here. You should know that phrases like “unjewed” are pretty offensive.

I really don’t understand it at all. I’ve tried to read about it but I don’t understand what I read. Trump used to be against it, now he’s for it; that’s probably transactional, knowing him. I have no idea what the Democrats think. I’ve heard Trump talk about it recently and he called it a “great thing, the Chinese are all over it”. Does he understand it? I’ve heard investors talk about it but only in terms of can they make money buying shares of it. When that one dude got arrested they made it sound like a big pyramid scheme. But there seems to be a whole lot of people involved, and I assume that some of them are very very smart. I have a banker friend who warns me and everyone to stay away it’s way too volatile. But he’s a very conservative guy (in the general not political sense though I think he’s politically conservative too.) So- anyone here can explain this stuff in layman’s terms? For morons like me? Is this going to replace our currency? Is it a scam? What does it all mean?

We’ll see how delusional I am this November I guess.

Lol of course I will. National guard are going to arrest protestors and rioters. They’re probably not going to distinguish between the two (you guys have proven completely incapable of doing so). So it’s good to warn the protestors. And to bail them out if they’re wrongfully arrested, like Kamala did. This discussion is 5 years old and tiresome at this point. She was warning protestors. Not rioters, peaceful protestors. Good for her. For the last 5 years conservatives have tried to conflate peaceful protestors of Floyd’s death with rioters. It’s always been a lie.

No. They’re not. They’re better to the extent that Trump would make it far worse. But make no mistake Biden’s actions on this have been horrible. My hope is that, with Kamala being from the Bay Area she understands a little more about the Pacific Rim than Biden does and will loosen these trade restrictions once in office. But I have no idea.
