No offense but your assertion (in your first sentence) is a little insulting, I don’t deny that I am a liberal and want to see Joe Biden re-elected, but I think I’m also quite capable of keeping an open mind and being willing to go where the facts lead me, I’ve given you my reasons for thinking that there is no evidence that Biden lied. Rather than demonstrate the flaw in those reasons, you either tell me that I’m biased or advise me to be patient because more evidence is coming.

And here is the true source of our dilemma: who to trust? I trust the mainstream media. You refer to it as the “left wing media”. You think I should be open to right wing sources whom I have no reason to trust. I don’t know how to solve this problem but I do know that if we disagree on the facts we can never find common ground.

You don’t know that this isn’t the only instance or that the other instances if there are any are any more circumstantial. The impeachments of Donald Trump were not rushed (the 2nd one might have been but the evidence was already very clear.)

1. Based on what we have now there is no evidence that Biden lied and no evidence he acted corruptly. I therefore have to strongly disagree with your previous assertions on this matter. If more money or more evidence is produced I might change my mind. But it’s not there and I don’t understand your assumption that it’s coming. 2. There is already enough evidence in the public arena to convict Donald Trump of several felonies and send him to jail for many years. In that case I’m not sure what you’re waiting to learn.

But if the House impeaches based on what they have right now it’s going to be an embarrassment beyond anything the Republicans have done. And it will probably guarantee Biden’s re-election (which is likely anyhow.).

Did Biden know that Hunter was earning money from these various companies? Sure. Did Biden realize that his son was receiving this income due to his relationship with his dad? Probably, it’s typical in Washington politics. Did Biden know the day to day details of what his son was doing or the amounts he was receiving? Joe says no and at this point there is no reason not to believe him. Therefore there is no evidence that he lied about any of this. If you have some show it.

I challenge this entire statement. I certainly do not know that Biden knew any details at all about what Hunter was doing- the evidence is extremely sketchy at best. There is still no evidence that Joe took any advantage, received any monies collected for influence, or acted in a corrupt manner,

I thought the impeachment charges against Trump, both times, were legitimate. I don’t think this is. I know that people here will simply assume that my political preferences shape these conclusions, which is an accusation that is inaccurate but impossible to disprove to a true believer.

We will find out Thursday night if the Patriots really have the worst offense- that’s when they face the Steelers. Having watched the Steelers every week I am highly skeptical that any other team in the NFL could be worse at offense, but we’ll see.
