The obsession continues. And damn, almost everything that was just posted is wrong. For example, I had only a two aliases during my time at FBG and both of them were cancelled around ten years ago. The rest of it is crap too. I posted that info about my wife years ago, seeking help and advice, never supposing people would use it as a weapon against me (guess I was naive.) I suspected my wife drove my kids once while intoxicated but it turns out she never did. My wife will be 7 years sober in a couple weeks and I could not be more proud of her. Hmm what else? My life is wonderful so far, and I certainly don’t hate myself or anyone else. I don’t even hate Blue Horseshoe but I feel sorry for him and his obsession. He could do with less speculating about me and perhaps more about himself.

Political violence? Or all violence? If it’s political violence I would seriously challenge this in recent years (though historically it may be true). If it’s all violence then I would speculate that the vast majority of those who commit violence don’t give a crap about politics.

I doubt 99.5% is an accurate number but I’m betting it’s true that most of the folks there didn’t engage in violence. Still, some did, and none of them should have been there in the first place. And it is a very big deal that they were. “Hang Mike Pence”. I don’t believe these videos in any way weaken the conclusions of the Jan 6 committee, or the prosecutions of those who were there, or the coming trial of Donald Trump for this event.

I don’t know why people always go crazy over that. Why does it even matter? For years, I did a lot of driving on my job and I had to hang out at shopping centers waiting for people to arrive that I had to meet. There were long stretches of time where I had nothing to do and I enjoyed getting into lengthy discussions with people about a variety of issues (not just politics), with a lot of rapid fire responses. Often I might make 100 posts or more in less than an hour. That added up over time, I suppose. I never gave very much thought to it. That’s all it is, nothing more complicated. It never interfered with my work or my personal life, which is pretty busy. It was just killing time for fun. The total number of posts astonishes me but it doesn’t bother me. I mostly had fun with it.

Man-made climate change is disastrous for the human race and we need to take immediate action to alleviate it if we can. What that action should be is open to debate. There’s no cult. Anyone who denies the reality of man-made climate change as an existential crisis, with no connection to natural climate change, deserves to be demonized.

He’s actually very libertarian from what I understand: Which, if true, means that whatever his personal opinion on social issues like abortion and LGBT, he won’t attempt to impose them on others. That would distinguish him considerably from the majority of American far right conservatives. But we’ll see if that is true.

First they get rid of Hamas. Second, a State of Palestine that is capitalist in nature. I believe that capitalism is the key to prosperity. Third, the United States develops nuclear fusion. I know I keep bringing this up in threads that have nothing to do with it, but consider: we are on the edge of developing a technology that will mean that a whole city can be powered by the energy produced in a single glass of water. That will change literally EVERYTHING- every physical need of people around the world, from food to shelter to transportation to leisure time will be incredibly cheap. All of the conflicts the world faces, including this one, will be completely altered. The mullahs of Iran, for example, will no longer have petroleum money to fund terrorism: oil will be worthless. The mullahs and the wealthy Saudis will go away, but the Arab people, not just the Palestinians, will have incredible prosperity that we can’t imagine now, as will the rest of the world. Sounds like a dream doesn’t it? But it’s within our reach within 20-30 years if we’re only willing to do it.

Lol you couldn’t be more wrong. I love my Jewish heritage. Very proud to be the son of a Holocaust survivor, and proud to have Zionists in my family who participated in the establishment of Israel. As far being white I’m indifferent. It just is. I’ve never felt like a victim and I’ve never been fearful of minorities. But I’m certainly not uncomfortable about it.
