Nope. I’m voting for him, in no particular order because: 1. I support his firming up of NATO and support of Ukraine. 2. I like the infrastructure bill. 3. I like what Biden has done to improve the economy. 4. I like his moderate efforts to fight climate change and prepare us for the worst of it while still expanding oil drilling for now. 5. I support his ideas on immigration reform. 6. I think he saved millions of lives during Covid by organizing and promoting the vaccines. 7. I support his choice of judges and justices. 8. Women’s reproductive rights. There’s plenty more. I’ve been a pretty big critic of Biden on trade but hopefully he will improve on that issue in his second term. I also don’t think he’s been tough enough with Netanyahu. But overall he’s been pretty excellent and contrary to your assertion I’ve offered several metrics.

Oh I know we will have to deal with MAGA for many years to come. It will take a good deal of time to ultimately defeat these bad ideas, though eventually we will. But in the meantime Trump will be finished and that works for me. What dire consequences? Are you threatening civil war again?

What the bill did is provide enough border agents to PREVENT everyone coming here so long as the numbers are less than 5,000 encounters a day. If the numbers exceed that, and the border patrol can’t handle it, then Biden is given the power and means to shut down the border altogether. He doesn’t have either the power or the means to do that now. So stop repeating the bullsh!t.

Many interviewed last night who voted for the Democrat said that immigration was their #1 issue and they didn’t vote for the Republican because they don’t trust Republicans to secure the border after they blew up the recent bill to help Trump.

In order to win the House in 2022 Republicans had to win a lot of districts like this one, traditionally Democrat. If 2022 was an anomaly like you say then Democrats will win the House back (and Biden will likely be re-elected.)

Mayorkis is absolutely competent doing the job that Biden wants him to do. You disagree with what Biden wants. Your solution is to defeat Biden in the election, not to impeach Mayorkis.

Most of the Democratic ads were about abortion. Almost all of the Republican ads were about the border.

It wasn’t totally expected. Republicans spent a ton of money. The GOP candidate was totally MAGA. Trump expected her to win.

Both parties really spent a lot of money on this election.
