Boston is historically one of rhe most racist cities in the history of America. I’m not sure it can ever be ended there. They just don’t like black people very much.

Hopefully these jurors throw the book at Rudy Giuliani today. I can’t believe he stood in front of the courthouse on Wednesday and repeated that these two women had interfered with the election- after all the death threats he was repeating the same damn lie. So awful. He really deserves to be in prison for this (and Trump along with him.)

If I understand correctly, the supposed impeachable offense is that, through his son and family, Joe Biden received millions of dollars from this nation’s enemies in return for favors and influence he performed when he was Vice-President. I would agree that if this is true it’s a major crime (though even then I am somewhat troubled for the purposes of impeachment by the fact that this supposed crime was committed prior to Biden being President, which is not what impeachment was intended for). So now that the inquiry has begun there will no doubt be public hearings and those who are convinced this crime took place will be be able to prove their case. I have very strong doubts at this point but I could be convinced if the evidence is there. I will be watching.

Well thanks for the love! But you’re right. While I think this is stupid and wrong, I would be making a much bigger deal out of it if it was a white person discriminating against blacks or Asians. I fully admit that. Is this a double standard on my part? I know you think so but I don’t. I see it as a recognition of our history and the fact that 99.99% of the time white people are never victims of racism. Therefore in the few instances that they are I don’t care much. I care when other races are because it’s part of a larger pattern.

Yes but there is a significant difference. Donald Trump broke the law attempting to fight the results of the election. And he did this many times. And he incited a riot. That is why he’s going to end up in prison over this. All Abrams and Hillary did was whine. They didn’t commit any crimes.

You’re missing my point, let’s start over. It’s the conclusion of the study that many of those who have surgery for gender dysphoria still have mental issues. I don’t question that conclusion. It’s the conclusion of @jerryskids, and those that agree with him, that this means the surgery doesn’t help solve the mental issues caused by gender dysphoria. I STRONGLY disagree with this conclusion. I think it’s proven false by the simple fact that other studies show that only a tiny percentage of those who have the surgery ever regret it. The obvious point, which people like you refuse to acknowledge, is that many who have the surgery continue to have mental issues because society won’t accept what they have done. Perhaps if you and others stopped denigrating them, stop calling them freaks, stopped trying to make all sorts of new laws designed to deny them equal participation in our society and culture, they would be a little less messed up.
